Engineered for a 20 GPM flow rate and 40 lb grease capacity, it captures fats, oils, and grease before they reach plumbing. Ideal for prep sinks, pot sinks, and dish stations in busy commercial kitchens.
An epoxy-coated steel body stands up to demanding service, while a solid steel cover with gasket and hex head center bolt helps contain odors and splashes. The removable baffle assembly and deep seal trap with cleanout speed routine maintenance. An external cast iron flow control fitting and 3-inch no-hub connections support consistent performance and straightforward installs.
