Rated at 20 GPM with a 40 lb grease capacity, it captures fats, oils, and solids before they reach your wastewater system. PDI certified performance supports code requirements across restaurants, cafeterias, and food production spaces.
Speed service and simplify maintenance with a solid steel cover and gasket secured by hex head center bolt(s). A removable baffle assembly, deep seal trap with cleanout, and an external cast iron flow control fitting help staff access and service the unit quickly between shifts.
Install confidently using 3 inch inlet and outlet no-hub connections; threaded ends are available by adding "THD" to the model at no additional charge. Rugged, epoxy-coated steel construction stands up to moisture and daily use, keeping your grease trap reliable in tight under-sink or back-of-house locations.
