Streamline grease management in busy kitchens with the Dormont WD-25 grease interceptor. Designed for a 25 GPM flow rate and 50 lb grease capacity, it helps maintain drainage performance during peak service. Use it to protect plumbing and support compliance in restaurants, cafeterias, and production kitchens.
The epoxy coated steel body stands up to demanding back-of-house conditions, while a solid steel cover with gasket and hex head center bolt(s) provide a secure, serviceable seal. Its durable build supports reliable operation in high-traffic foodservice environments.
Maintenance is simplified by a removable baffle assembly, a deep seal trap with cleanout, and an external cast iron flow control fitting. Crews can access internals quickly to keep workflow on schedule and minimize downtime.
