Engineered for high-demand kitchens, the Dormont WD-50-L grease interceptor manages up to 50 gallons per minute while capturing 100 lb of fats, oils, and grease. Its low-profile, epoxy-coated steel body integrates smoothly into tight mechanical spaces to keep prep and warewashing lines moving.
Speed installation with 4-inch inlet and outlet no-hub connections and an external cast iron flow-control fitting. A solid steel, gasketed cover secured by hex-head center bolt(s) provides a tight seal and quick access during scheduled maintenance.
Simplify servicing with the removable baffle assembly and a deep-seal trap with cleanout to reduce downtime between shifts. PDI certified for verified performance in restaurants, commissaries, and institutional kitchens.
