Built for demanding service, its epoxy-coated steel body and solid steel, gasketed cover resist corrosion and daily wear. A removable baffle assembly, deep seal trap with cleanout, and an external cast iron flow control fitting streamline service and keep performance consistent.

2-inch inlet and outlet with no hub connections simplify installation into existing lines serving sinks and dish areas. PDI certified and available with threaded connections by adding “THD” to the model at no additional charge, it helps chefs, operators, and facility managers standardize installations across locations.
