The FWE BT-120 heated banquet cabinet streamlines plated meal service for high-volume operations. Holding 96–120 covered plates up to 11" in diameter, it keeps courses at serving temperature with a top-mounted heat system and electronic controls. Stage entrees for banquet rounds, coordinate coursed service, or back up the pass during peak periods.
This banquet cart's two-door, three-shelf layout accelerates loading and retrieval, while bar-type push handles and 6" casters support smooth, confident transport. The wraparound bumper protects walls and equipment as you navigate tight corridors, and 20 gauge stainless exterior with 22 gauge stainless interior withstands daily rigors. cULus and UL EPH Classified construction supports compliance in demanding foodservice environments.
