The FWE BT-120-XL heated banquet cabinet helps busy kitchens stage and hold plated meals for banquets, catered events, and room service lines. Accommodate 96–120 covered plates up to 12-3/8" in diameter while maintaining organized, ready-to-serve presentation. A top-mounted heat system with electronic temperature controls streamlines set points for consistent holding.
Speed up service with a two-door layout and three shelves that let teams load, sort, and pull plates efficiently. Bar-type push handles and 6" casters make transport smooth from prep area to ballroom, while brakes secure the cart during service. A wraparound bumper helps protect walls, doorways, and equipment in tight corridors.
Built with a 20 gauge stainless steel exterior and 22 gauge stainless steel interior, this cabinet stands up to daily use in high-volume operations. Use it to stage courses for weddings, conferences, or healthcare meal delivery without disrupting workflow or presentation
