Built for high-volume banquets, the FWE E-900 E-Series Banquet Cart keeps plated meals hot and ready from prep to service. Its electric forced-air heat circulates evenly around 90–108 covered plates up to 11 inches in diameter. A slide-out drawer accommodates canned heat, adding flexibility when power access is limited or during off-site catering.
Streamline plating and retrieval with two doors that swing open 270° for full access and three shelves that stage courses efficiently. Recessed push handles and six 6" casters—two rigid and four swivel with brakes—boost maneuverability and secure positioning. Durable 20-gauge stainless steel exterior and 22-gauge stainless steel interior stand up to daily transport and cleaning.
