This mobile P-Series banquet cart stages 160–200 covered plates up to 12-3/8 inches in diameter while maintaining appetizing temperature and moisture via the Humi-Temp heat & humidity system.
Dial in holding conditions with an adjustable thermostat and recessed controls that stay protected during transport. Four shelves and two flush-mounted doors speed loading and retrieval for banquets, room service runs, and large events.
A removable humidifier pan simplifies cleanup and lets staff tailor humidity for different menu items. Stainless steel interior and exterior construction, push bar handles, a wraparound bumper, and 6-inch casters—two rigid and four swivel with brakes—boost durability, control, and safety from kitchen to ballroom. NSF and UL EPH Classified, cULus listed for professional kitchens.
