Maintain appetizing results with the Humi-temp heat system, adjustable thermostat, and individual controls that let you balance temperature and moisture. Use the removable humidifier pan to add humidity for delicate proteins or retain crispness by running dry.
Speed workflow with two Dutch doors, four shelves, and bar type push handles that make loading and maneuvering straightforward. Six-inch casters with brakes and a wraparound bumper help protect floors and doorways while you position the cabinet exactly where service demands.
