Keep plated banquets on schedule with the FWE P-48 heated banquet cabinet. Its single insulated compartment holds 40–48 11" covered plates, protecting quality from prep to service. Durable stainless steel interior and exterior stand up to daily use.
Dial in heat with the Humi-temp heat system and adjustable thermostat. Recessed front controls stay protected while staff make quick adjustments. The flush mounted door and insulated cabinet help retain serving temperatures during staging and transport.
Move confidently through kitchens and corridors on 6" casters—two rigid for tracking, two swivel with brakes for control. A wraparound bumper guards walls and equipment, while two included wire shelves add loading flexibility. cULus, UL EPH Classified, NSF, and an IPX4 rating suit demanding foodservice environments.
