Equipped with FWE’s patented Humi-Temp system, the cabinet circulates hot, moist air evenly to eliminate hot and cold spots. A front-mounted full-range thermostat (90°F–190°F) offers precise temperature control, while a stainless-steel humidifier pan supports fried or breaded items when used dry. The magnetic workflow handle eliminates latches and reduces maintenance—perfect for fast-paced service environments.
