Built to handle 64–80 covered plates up to 12-3/8 inches in diameter, it uses a humi-temp heat system with eye level controls for quick checks and adjustments. An insulated cabinet, (12) pair universal tray slides, and (4) shelves help organize high-volume plating and staging. The single door design keeps access simple during rush periods.
A 20-gauge stainless steel exterior and 22-gauge stainless interior deliver durable performance shift after shift. Heavy duty push bars, a full bumper, and 6-inch casters—two rigid and two swivel with brakes—support smooth, protected mobility through tight corridors. cULus and UL EPH Classified construction suits professional foodservice environments.
