Streamline banquet service with the FWE UHST-GN-96120-BQ, a mobile heated banquet cabinet engineered to hold plated meals or GN pans at the ready. A top-mounted forced-air blower circulates heat evenly, while an adjustable thermostat maintains 90°F to 190°F for consistent results from prep to plate-up. Fully welded stainless steel construction and insulated, gasket-sealed doors help preserve temperatures during transport.
Stage up to 96–120 covered 10.5" plates or 64 1/1 GN pans with 32 rail sets on 3" spacing for flexible loading. Six removable rod-type shelves and a removable humidity reservoir support quality holding and easy cleaning between events. Push-bar handles at both ends, 6" casters with brakes, and a full perimeter bumper enable smooth, protected movement through busy back-of-house corridors.
