The Groen HY-3E HyperSteam™ convection steamer streamlines high-volume steaming in a durable table top package. Its single compartment supports steady throughput during service. Stainless steel construction withstands daily kitchen demands and wipes down quickly.
Accommodating three 12" x 20" x 2-1/2" pans, it helps chefs batch-cook vegetables, seafood, and dumplings or retherm prepped components during peak periods. The stackable design allows operators to expand capacity as menus and volume grow.
