Boost line speed and consistency with the Groen XS-240-8-3 Intek® convection steamer. This boilerless, connectionless, electric countertop unit streamlines installation and daily operation by eliminating water and drain line hookups. ENERGY STAR performance and a compact footprint help busy kitchens maximize output without sacrificing space.
Load up to six 12" x 20" x 2-1/2" pans and turn out vegetables, seafood, dumplings, and sides with reliable results. An external heating element and a fan in the cooking chamber circulate steam for even cooking, while a 60-minute timer keeps batches on schedule. The 3-gallon onboard reservoir supports continuous production during peak periods.
Built with a stainless steel interior and exterior, the XS-240-8-3 simplifies cleanup and stands up to daily use. Its 240V/60/3 power delivers 8.0 kW of performance in a sturdy countertop configuration, ideal for restaurants, institutions, and high-volume production lines.
