Tackle high-volume breakfast or sear programs on the 3/4" polished steel griddle; a 3" grease trough plus removable grease pan and crumb tray simplify end-of-shift cleaning. Stainless steel surfaces stand up to daily wear while presenting a professional look on the cookline.
