Its air-cooled, self-contained design produces up to 215 lb of ice per day at 70°F/50°F and holds 90 lb in the integrated bin. A compact 26"W x 28"D footprint with 6" adjustable legs fits neatly under counters while leaving clearance for floor cleaning.
Dial in output to match traffic with electronic controls, full bin and service indicators, and 4, 12, or 24-hour production delay options. Chefs can stage ice ahead of peak meal periods, while bar teams pace production for late-night service without overflowing the bin.
