Keep plated entrees hot, organized, and ready for service with the Metro MBQ-200D heated banquet cabinet. This two-door, insulated unit holds up to 200 11-3/4" plates across four removable shelves, making it ideal for banquet staging, room service, or catering lines. Rugged stainless steel construction supports daily back-of-house demands.
Drive consistent results during holds using the included timer and thermometer. A whiteboard aids shift communication and labeling so staff can identify courses, stations, or delivery times. The bottom-mounted heat module places heating components at the base.
Designed for transport and positioning, the MBQ-200D rolls on 6" casters with two rigid and two swivel with brakes to secure the cabinet at the point of service. Power it with 120v/60/1-ph, 1650w, 13.8a using the NEMA 5-15P plug. cULus and NSF listings help meet commercial kitchen requirements.
