Burkett Restaurant Equipment & Supplies was contracted to design, supply, and install foodservice spaces inside Amazon’s new Air Hub in Hebron, Kentucky. The engagement covered four kitchens and four serving areas tailored to distinct user groups within the facility.

The team provided end-to-end foodservice design, project management, equipment supply, and installation.

Burkett coordinated closely with operating partners and manufacturer reps to validate specifications, maintain timelines, and deliver ready-for-service kitchens.
