Burkett partnered with Goshen College to modernize the Leaf Raker Café’s back-of-house operations by supplying a mix of refrigeration, cooking, and holding equipment designed for efficiency and longevity. Working within the remodeled Union Building layout, we helped create a seamless workflow that supports steady all-day traffic and enhances the student dining experience.

Burkett partnered with Goshen College to equip the Leaf Raker Café—a campus staple located inside the Union Building—with reliable, high-performance foodservice equipment. The goal was to support an updated menu and refreshed dining experience featuring grill favorites, fresh salads, and barista-style drinks for students and faculty.

The remodel focused on improving efficiency and workflow for steady all-day traffic, from quick coffee orders to full lunch service.
