The Atosa CookRite range AGR-8B-NG concentrates serious cooking power into a 48-inch footprint for demanding restaurant lines. Eight 32,000 BTU open burners let chefs sear, sauté, and boil multiple dishes at once while keeping tickets moving. Two 20-inch-wide ovens below expand throughput for baking, roasting, and finishing.
Speed up workflow with removable cast iron top grates and an integrated drip tray that simplify end-of-shift cleanup. Each oven includes two adjustable chrome racks to accommodate sheet pans, hotel pans, or roasting setups as menus change through service.
Built for the rigors of commercial kitchens, the stainless steel front, back, and sides are complemented by a kick plate, back guard, and over shelf for durable work-in-place organization. A pilot light supports quick readiness, and four casters make it easy for facility managers to reposition the unit for cleaning or line reconfiguration.
