The Cambro UPC800110 Camcart® is a front-loading, insulated food pan carrier engineered to keep hot or cold menu items at safe temperatures for hours without electricity. Ideal for catering, institutional kitchens, and healthcare meal delivery, it supports efficient staging, transport, and holding from prep to service.
Accelerate workflow with flexible GN pan configurations. The one-piece, double-wall polyethylene shell and thick polyurethane foam insulation work with an airtight gasket and vent cap to protect food quality. Durable nylon latches secure the door, which swings open 270° to speed loading, unloading, and tray changes during peak periods.
Move confidently across kitchens, corridors, and docks using molded-in handles and heavy-duty 6" casters. Pair with optional Camwarmers® or Camchillers® for added hot or cold holding assurance at off-site events, banquets, or batch-cook operations. Built for daily use, this carrier safeguards product integrity while simplifying high-volume service.
