The Continental DL3WE-PT is a Designer Line heated cabinet engineered for high-volume holding and smooth service. Its extra wide, three-section pass-thru layout and 75 cu. ft. capacity help you stage batch-cooked items while keeping lines moving. A stainless steel front and aluminum ends withstand daily traffic and wipe down quickly.
Position this unit between production and plating to shuttle pans efficiently from back to front of house. Hinged doors on both sides and (3) shelves per section organize proteins, sides, and trays for fast access. Standard depth simplifies placement in existing cooklines or corridors.
Electronic controls with a bright digital display let staff set and verify holding conditions at a glance, while a hi-low temperature alarm prompts timely adjustments.
