Stage up to (12) 13" x 13" x 11" or (8) 19" x 13" x 11" crates on a galvanized interior with a reinforced stainless steel floor built for daily use. Stainless steel lids and doors with cylinder locks safeguard product between services and during transport. Electronic controls with a digital display and hi/low temperature alarms make checks quick and precise.
Speed cleaning with the floor drain, then roll into place on 5-inch swivel casters with front locking brakes. The white finished steel exterior presents cleanly in kitchens and serving areas, and ENERGY STAR, cETLus, and NSF listings meet professional expectations.
