Its 58-inch, single-access layout speeds up serving lines while forced-air cooling maintains consistent temperatures across every crate. Electronic controls with a digital display and alarms help operators monitor performance at a glance.
Accommodate changing menus with flexible capacity for either sixteen 13 x 13 x 11 inch crates or ten 19 x 13 x 11 inch crates. Durable construction, including a stainless steel top, lid & door and a reinforced stainless steel floor, stands up to busy school, healthcare, and institutional kitchens.
Roll it into position on 5-inch swivel casters and lock the front brakes for stable loading. A floor drain simplifies end-of-day cleaning, and a door cylinder security lock helps safeguard contents between meal periods.
