A top-mounted power unit keeps the footprint kitchen-friendly while deluxe LED oven controls streamline setup and monitoring. Use it to roast, hold, and finish products for banquets, institutions, and catering operations.
Accelerate workflow on the line: load a variety of pans and trays onto 12 sets of universal slides, adjustable on 1-1/2" centers, then pass product from prep to service without breaking flow. The included six chrome plated wire grids support roasting and resting, helping you stage batches for consistent plating and timely service.
Program up to 18 menu options and cook by probe with the included 6" food probe to hit target doneness, then hold for peak presentation.
