Solid-state process controls deliver consistent, repeatable results across shifts. Twelve sets of universal slides, adjustable on 1-1/2" centers, let you configure trays and pans for roasting, finishing, or extended holding, while six chrome-plated wire grids come ready for immediate use.
A stainless steel interior and exterior stand up to daily volume and wipe down quickly at close. Anti-microbial latches support hygiene protocols, and a top-mounted power unit keeps the cabinet footprint streamlined for kitchens, banquets, and off-site catering.
