The Cres Cor CO151HWUA6DE is a half-size, mobile cook and hold oven that pairs convection performance with AquaTemp™ technology. A top-mounted power unit and smooth mobility help you position the cabinet where it best supports prep or service. Use it to finish, hold, and stage menu items without slowing the line.
Solid state process controls make operation straightforward for consistent workflows. Six sets of universal slides, adjustable on 1-1/2" centers, fit a variety of pans to accommodate changing production needs. Three chrome plated wire grids are included to get you up and running.
Built with a stainless steel interior and exterior, this cabinet stands up to daily use, while anti-microbial latches support sanitation practices. Ideal for banquets, catering, and healthcare or K-12 service, it keeps food organized and ready to plate at the right time.
