Power through prep with the Hobart 84145-1 food cutter. Its 14" diameter stainless steel bowl turns at 22 RPM while double stainless steel knives spin at 1725 RPM to quickly mince, chop, and emulsify consistent batches.
Streamline workflow with simple push/pull on/off controls and a bowl cover safety interlock that only allows operation when secured. Chefs, foodservice operators, buyers, and facility managers can efficiently produce spreads, relishes, or finely chopped meats and vegetables while maintaining safe, repeatable results.
Built with a one-piece burnished aluminum housing and stable 3" legs for durability and clearance. A #12 attachment hub and a 1/2 HP, 115v/60/1-ph drive support reliable back-of-house batch prep in commissaries, cafeterias, and restaurant kitchens.
