Streamline table turn and cleanup with the Lakeside Manufacturing 4612 bussing station. Designed to separate liquid and solid waste while staging bus tubs, this mobile unit supports efficient routes between the dining room and dish room. Its enclosed and open storage zones help crews organize tasks and maintain a cleaner presentation in customer-facing areas.
A waste chute and drop-in drainage sink direct liquids to the included 7-gallon sealed polyethylene receptacle, while space is provided for a solid waste bin (bin not included). Three sets of adjustable universal ledges accommodate bus tubs for dishes, glassware, and flatware sorting. A 6-inch backsplash on the sides and rear contains splashes, and a hinged door with recessed paddle latch keeps contents secure.
Built on a stainless steel dolly frame with 5-inch all-swivel cushion tread for smooth mobility, the unit features a durable welded stainless steel body and a laminate exterior finish. Ideal for cafeterias, banquet operations, healthcare facilities, and high-volume restaurants where speed and organization matter.
