Product Description
Designed for busy scoop shops and foodservice lines, the Master-Bilt FLR-60 ice cream dipping cabinet with flavorail streamlines service and presentation. The cold-wall refrigeration system holds product between 10° and -10°F for consistent texture, while the stainless steel top with anti-condensation heater keeps the serving surface clear in high-humidity environments. Display up to five 3-gallon cans and keep seven additional 3-gallon cans in reserve storage to speed changeovers during rush periods. A flip lid provides quick access, and the durable steel exterior and galvanized steel inner liner stand up to daily use. The FLR-60 operates on a 115v/60/1-ph circuit with a 1/4 hp compressor, drawing just 3.2 amps, and includes an 8' cord with a NEMA 5-15P plug for simple installation. The integrated flavorail is supplied less jars and pumps, allowing you to outfit the rail to match your menu. Certified cULus and NSF, this cabinet supports efficient workflows and clean, attractive product display.
