Process produce continuously with the included feed kit and kidney-shaped opening, ideal for cucumbers, cabbage, carrots, and more. The supplied 5/32" (4 mm) slicing disc and 5/64" (2 mm) grating disc deliver uniform results for salads, slaws, garnishes, and cheese prep.
Operate with confidence using single-speed performance at 1725 RPM for predictable texture and throughput. On/Off and Pulse controls provide instant responsiveness, while the 120V NEMA 5-15P connection simplifies installation across kitchens and production facilities.
