Accelerate vacuum sealing with the Sammic SE-520 L chamber food packaging machine. A spacious 22.3" W x 16.9" D x 8.4" H chamber and a 22" removable sealing bar with a double seal wire system streamline high-volume prep on a compact countertop footprint. A Busch pump rated at 700 ft³/h (20 m³/h) pairs with a digital control panel that displays percentage of vacuum to keep production moving.
Protect delicate items and liquids with progressive decompression and phased vacuum for soft, porous products. Portion proteins for sous vide, seal soups and sauces without boil-over, and batch package produce for organized storage and streamlined mise en place.
An oil maintenance cycle simplifies upkeep to help ensure consistent performance. The stainless steel body and chamber withstand daily use, and the included filling plate optimizes chamber height for fast, reliable seals. Runs on 120V, 1-phase power with a NEMA 5-15P plug and is ready for Vac Norm external vacuum application
