Its self-contained refrigeration system holds product between 33°F and 38°F using eco-friendly R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant. Foamed-in-place polyurethane insulation enhances efficiency, helping the cabinet maintain temperature during peak periods. Built for daily use, the stainless steel exterior pairs with stainless steel interior walls and a reinforced floor. Single sided access and a flip top support quick grabs and fast restocking. At 58 inches wide, this unit accommodates up to sixteen 13"L x 13"D x 11-1/8"H milk crates, reducing trips in cafeterias, buffets, and busy kitchens. Plug into a 115V, 1-phase outlet with a 5-15P connection for simple installation.
