Product Description
The True T-23DT-HC reach-in combines refrigerator and freezer performance in a single-section cabinet to streamline back-of-house workflow. One half maintains 33–38°F for fresh items while the other holds -10°F for frozen products. A clear-coated aluminum interior and stainless steel floor support quick wipe-downs, and the stainless steel front with aluminum sides withstands daily kitchen use. Two stainless steel half doors are self-closing and lockable to help secure inventory. Inside, three adjustable PVC-coated wire shelves and bright LED interior lighting enhance product visibility and organization. The unit moves on 4" stem castors (two with brakes) for convenient placement and cleaning access. Using efficient R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant with dedicated 1/10 HP (refrigerator) and 1/4 HP (freezer) systems, the T-23DT-HC connects via a 115v/60/1, 4.1-amp, NEMA 5-15P plug. With 19 cu. ft. of capacity in a 27" W x 29.5" D footprint, it helps maximize storage in tight spaces. cULus and UL EPH Classified; Made in USA.
