The True Mfg. TMC-49-DS-SS-HC is a 49-inch, dual sided flip top milk cooler that maintains product between 33°F and 38°F. Its self-contained refrigeration system uses R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant, and foamed-in-place polyurethane insulation helps conserve energy. The cabinet accommodates twelve 13"L x 13"D x 11-1/8"H milk crates to cut down on restocking and free space in your main refrigerator. Exterior surfaces feature non-peel or chip white laminated vinyl on the front, sides, back, and top, while the interior provides stainless steel walls with a reinforced floor. Dual sided access keeps product available from either side for smooth service in cafeterias, buffets, and back-of-house operations. Powered by 115V/1 phase, 2.7 amps, and a 1/5 HP compressor with a NEMA 5-15P plug, this unit combines efficient performance with organized crate storage.
