The True Mfg. TMC-58-DS-SS-HC is a 58-inch white vinyl, dual sided flip top milk cooler that frees up space in your main refrigerator while keeping dairy service ready at a moment’s notice. A self-contained refrigeration system maintains 33°F to 38°F using eco-friendly R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant. Foamed-in-place polyurethane insulation helps conserve energy. The exterior features a non-peel, non-chip white laminated vinyl front, sides, back, and top, while the interior provides stainless steel walls and a reinforced floor for dependable performance. Designed for fast restocking and continuous service, this unit accommodates sixteen 13"L x 13"D x 11-1/8"H milk crates, reducing trips to the walk-in. Dual sided access supports smooth flow on serving lines and quick refills from either side, making it a practical fit for restaurants, buffets, and cafeterias.
