The Turbo Air TST-72SD-12S-D4R(L)-FB-N(-LW) is a Super Deluxe sandwich/salad prep + work station built to streamline production and presentation. Its front breathing airflow supports efficient operation, while the three-section design provides 20.5 cu. ft. of refrigerated space in a 72-5/8"W x 30"D x 37-5/8"H footprint. Keep ingredients organized with twelve 1/6 size, 4" deep pans under an insulated pan cover, complemented by a cold air compartment and a 9-1/2"D cutting board. Storage is optimized with four drawers, one solid door, and one stainless steel shelf. Performance features include a digital temperature control & monitoring system, LED interior lighting & fan control, and a self-cleaning condenser. Durable construction features a stainless steel interior and exterior with a galvanized steel back & bottom. Refrigeration uses R290 Hydrocarbon refrigerant, powered by a 3/8 HP system on 115v/60/1-ph, 9.9 amps with a NEMA 5-15P. Certified cETLus and ETL-Sanitation, and Made in USA.
