Achieve repeatable results using 100 temperature settings per hob and a robust 6.0/7.0 kW output (3.0/3.5 kW each). Dual fans help manage internal temperatures during peak periods to maintain performance across busy service windows.
Operators benefit from built-in overheat protection and an empty shutoff that helps prevent dry-fire operation.
