The Scotsman MC0530SAX-32 ice maker paired with the B330P bin delivers cube style performance with an air-cooled, self-contained condenser. At 70°F air/50°F water, it produces up to 476 lb of small cubes per 24 hours, and is AHRI certified at 370 lb per 24 hours at 90°F/70°F. The stainless steel finish and AgION antimicrobial protection support clean, professional presentation in demanding operations.

Operators gain precise control and visibility via the ICELINQ mobile app with Bluetooth connectivity, preservation mode, AutoAlert indicating lights, an external bin full indicator, and a unit-specific QR code. WaterSense adjustable purge control, one-touch cleaning, harvest assist, and a front-facing removable air filter streamline routine maintenance and help maintain ice quality.
