Manual controls provide direct, responsive flame adjustment. The oven’s porcelain deck and door interior promote reliable results and easy cleanup, while the adjustable oven thermostat supports day-to-day tasks from roasting proteins to finishing casseroles. Transition seamlessly between pan work on top and batch production in the cavity to keep service moving.

A stainless steel interior and exterior with a galvanized back withstands demanding use and routine sanitation.
