The Server 83240 inset pump can be used to dispense thick condiments and sauces in heated, chilled, or ambient serving climates. This stainless-steel pump can dispense a variety of condiments with precision portion control. The standard pump serving is 1 oz., but using the provided collars, you can easily reduce this in 1/8 oz. increments as needed. With this Server CP-10½ pump, dispensing from your 11 quart vegetable inset (84131) will be easy.
