Six infrared burners deliver 60,000 BTU and a 90-second preheat, so you can melt, brown, and glaze on demand—ideal for gratins, nachos, casseroles, and open-face sandwiches. Keep tickets moving during peak service without sacrificing consistency.
Optimize control with five-position rack guides and the included chrome-plated rack to dial in color and texture. Dual valve control lets staff heat only the section they need, reducing gas use and excess heat on the line. A riser-mount design frees workspace and streamlines range-top finishing for faster plate-ups.
Built with stainless steel and a removable crumb tray, it cleans quickly between turns to maintain a tidy station. Qualifies for Southbend’s Service First program.
