Product Description
Designed for high-volume service, the Thunder Group RER55ASL rice cooker uses LP gas and a 34,000 BTU burner to handle large batches. The 55-cup capacity supports bulk production during peak periods. A lift-off cover speeds loading and serving, and piezo pilot ignition enables push-button startup. The flame failure safety device automatically shuts off gas if the flame is lost. A 1/2 inch NPT female connection integrates with standard gas plumbing. NSF and CSA Star listings meet common health and safety requirements in professional kitchens. This configuration is LP gas-only and connects via a 1/2 inch NPT female fitting. Build confidence on the line with flame failure protection and recognized NSF and CSA Star compliance.
