Traulsen’s ULT27-L-SB is a Dealer's Choice compact undercounter freezer in a reach-in, one-section configuration. The cabinet is 27 inches wide and built with a stainless steel exterior top, sides, and a stainless steel door featuring an EZ-Clean Gasket. A stainless steel back complements an anodized aluminum interior, while the bottom panel is galvanized. Refrigeration is rear mounted and self-contained, operating on R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant with a 1/2 hp system. The unit includes four 4-inch casters. Certifications include cETLus and ETL-Sanitation. These specifications serve chefs, operators, buyers, and facility managers prioritizing defined materials, a compact width, and a reach-in layout for streamlined planning and procurement.
