The Traulsen ULT27-R undercounter freezer delivers 7.1 cubic feet of cold storage while fitting conveniently beneath your countertop. A stainless steel exterior top, sides, and door combine with an anodized aluminum interior for durability and easy cleaning. Its rear-mounted, self-contained refrigeration system uses environmentally friendly R-290 refrigerant and maintains a dependable 0° to -5°F temperature range for consistent performance in busy commercial kitchens.
Designed for workflow, the hinged solid door includes a self-closing mechanism and a stay-open feature at 105° to streamline loading. Electronic digital control with a 3-digit LED display enables precise temperature adjustments at a glance. Inside, two adjustable powder-coated wire shelves organize product, and a Magnetic Snap-In EZ-Clean door gasket simplifies sanitation. A set of four 4" casters adds mobility, and the NEMA 5-15P plug, ETL and NSF certifications, and Made in USA construction round out a versatile, space-saving solution.
