An oversized, forced-air refrigeration system using eco-friendly R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant maintains a consistent -10°F, ideal for ice cream and long-term storage of frozen ingredients. Inside, a self-closing stainless steel door and two heavy-duty PVC-coated wire shelves organize approximately 11.4 cubic feet of space. Foamed-in-place polyurethane insulation locks in cold, and 5-inch stem casters simplify moves for service or cleaning.
