Organize ingredients with two stainless steel drawers—each accommodates one full-size 12"L x 20"W x 6"D pan—plus a stainless steel self-closing door and two PVC coated wire shelves. Removable drawer slides, rollers, and gaskets speed cleaning and upkeep. Foamed-in-place polyurethane insulation and locking doors support efficient operation. Five-inch stem casters make it easy to reposition during service or cleaning.
