Showcase fresh creations with the Turbo Air SAK-60L-N, a 60-inch stainless steel refrigerated sushi display case built for efficient service and clear presentation. Its self-contained compressor is located on the left from the customer side view and uses R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant. The top glass angles down for visibility, while (4) tempered glass rear sliding doors and (5) bottom shelves support organized, fast access. Digital temperature display and control, along with LED interior lighting, help keep items within target holding while enhancing product appearance. This 1.7 cu. ft. case maintains 35°F–41°F and performs in 50–80°F ambient with 39°F saturation. Constructed with 304 stainless steel exterior body and food plates, it operates on 115v/60/1, 1/6 HP, 4.6 amps with a NEMA 5-15P. Overall dimensions are 11-1/2"H x 59-3/4"W x 14-1/8"D, and a 1" drain streamlines cleaning. cCSAus and CSA-Sanitation listed.
